At O-AGE, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be straightforward and fair.
Cancellation Window

After the Cancellation Window
Once the cancellation window has passed, your order will have entered our processing and packaging workflow. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify your order, as it is being prepared for shipment.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return it once received in accordance with our Refund Policy.
